AI Usage Disclosure

Last updated: 17 October 2026

CallVani, operated by Nexadly Technologies Private Limited, uses AI technologies to support business voice conversations and related workflows. Synthetic speech can sound natural; it is still generated by a system.

1. Where AI is used

Depending on the enabled feature, AI may transcribe speech, interpret conversation context, generate a response, produce synthetic audio, summarize a call or identify conversation and quality signals. An agent can use business knowledge and connected tools configured by the customer. Generated wording is not a statement made or reviewed by a human unless that has actually occurred.

Speech recognition, reasoning and speech generation can use different providers. A selected voice does not necessarily identify the model producing the answer. Availability, pronunciation, language coverage and response timing depend on the configured services and network conditions; no universal instantaneous-response guarantee is made.

2. Identity, notices and permission

Businesses must identify themselves and provide AI-interaction and recording disclosures where required. A warm or outbound call must not falsely claim a previous enquiry or authorization; an inbound call does not grant permission for every later campaign. An informative website policy does not replace notice during the interaction when that is required.

Custom voice features require the necessary speaker authorization and usage rights. A realistic voice must not be used for impersonation, hidden manipulation or deceptive affiliation. Call permission, recording permission, permission to use a person’s voice and permission for follow-up communications are distinct.

3. Accuracy and human review

AI may misunderstand accents, background noise, names, amounts, language changes or incomplete statements. It may produce inaccurate answers, misleading summaries, omissions or inappropriate inferences. Transcripts and analytics are aids to review, not conclusive evidence of what a person said, intended or heard.

Customers should test their agents, keep knowledge current, limit permitted actions and provide suitable human escalation. Important prices, commitments, appointments and other consequential details need verification. Human handoff depends on the configured route and availability; an offered transfer is not proof a human has connected.

4. Actions and unsuitable uses

An AI response can describe or request an action without completing it. Verify the relevant transaction or tool result before treating a payment, refund, booking or message as successful. Provider acceptance, delivery and a recipient’s actual experience are different stages.

CallVani should not be relied on for emergency response or as a substitute for qualified professional advice. Do not use it for unauthorized surveillance, deceptive impersonation, fraud or unreviewed consequential decisions. Business customers must apply the legal and practical safeguards appropriate to their use.

5. Information processing and concerns

Audio, relevant conversation text, instructions and business context may be processed by the enabled speech and model providers. Retention and provider use depend on the actual service configuration and agreements; this disclosure does not promise zero retention or that every provider has identical settings. The Privacy Policy explains roles, recipients and request routes.

Report an incorrect or concerning interaction through the available support route, giving the business and approximate call time when possible. Do not include authentication secrets or unnecessary sensitive data. People contacted by a business can also ask that business for human assistance or to stop future contact.
