Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy applies to use of CallVani and related services operated by Nexadly Technologies Private Limited, including activity initiated by a customer’s team, agents, integrations or automations.
2. Spam, deception and financial abuse
Do not send unlawful unsolicited calls or messages, continue after a valid opt-out, evade spam controls, rotate identities to bypass a restriction or falsely classify promotional traffic as a service call. Do not falsify consent, caller identity, payment status, business affiliation or the reason for a call.
Fraud, phishing, scams, coercive collection practices and deceptive sales claims are prohibited. Do not use an agent to obtain passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or other authentication secrets, or to mislead someone into an unauthorized payment or account action. Do not falsely claim to be a government body, bank, emergency service or another trusted organization.
3. Voice, privacy and personal rights
Do not clone, imitate or deploy a person’s voice without the necessary authorization and rights, or use synthetic audio to deceive a listener. Do not hide required AI disclosures or pretend an automated system is a particular human. Withdrawn voice authorization must be respected.
Do not unlawfully record, intercept, monitor, publish or expose personal conversations or contact data. Harassment, threats, stalking, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation and content that unlawfully harms children are prohibited. Avoid sensitive or regulated activity the service is not approved to support.
4. AI oversight and system integrity
Review agent instructions, knowledge, language and permitted actions before live use. Do not use an unreviewed AI response as the sole basis for a consequential decision affecting someone’s rights, health, finances, employment or access to essential services. The service must not be used as an emergency response system.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, extract other workspaces’ data, introduce malicious code, steal credentials, disrupt service or bypass access, billing, safety, consent or provider controls. Do not misrepresent a simulated test as a live transaction or fabricate audit and delivery evidence.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Suspected misuse can be reported through the available support or company contact route. Give enough context to locate the activity and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. We may investigate and restrict relevant functions or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, providers or legal compliance.
A breach may lead to suspension or termination under the applicable agreement and law, and lawful cooperation with providers or authorities. These measures do not remove mandatory rights or establish a particular refund outcome. Customers remain responsible for authorized team and automation activity.
